At Sculpted by Aimee, we want you to love every glow-up; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your beauty products are unopened, unused, and within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

• 2.
  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized collection point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
